Provide advice to Ministers, Directors-General and senior executives on multicultural policy, community issues and emerging risks and opportunities.
Advocate for underrepresented and vulnerable groups to ensure diverse voices inform government decision-making.
Represent the department with influence at senior forums, advisory bodies, intergovernmental meetings (State and Federal), and media or public engagements.
