Most published leadership research is written for a national audience. It benchmarks against averages and lists risks you already know about. Luminary Leadership Outlook: Queensland 2026 is different. It's focused entirely on what it feels like to lead an organisation in Queensland right now.
We're not here to decide which leaders deserve a voice. We want to hear from as wide and representative a cross-section of Queensland's senior leadership community as possible. The focus on level is deliberate: the experience of holding ultimate accountability is specific, and that's what this research is designed to understand.
Findings will be published as the Luminary Leadership Outlook: Queensland 2026 report. Every contributor receives it before public release.
