The Challenge
EPEC Group, a rapidly growing engineering and projects business, had successfully scaled to over $100 million in revenue. With ambitions to double in size and expand operations nationally, the business required a stronger and more sophisticated leadership team to manage growth, drive operational excellence, and build the organisational structure needed for the next stage of its journey.
The challenge was twofold: first, to recruit strong divisional leadership in the form of General Managers to provide immediate depth and oversight; and second, to support the organisation in appointing its first Chief Operating Officer (COO) — a pivotal role that would provide enterprise-wide leadership and enable the CEO to remain focused on strategy, growth, and external partnerships.
