The Brief: 

Our client engaged Luminary HR Advisory to develop an evidence-based workforce plan aligned with their newly developed strategic direction.  Throughout the project, we applied an agile project management approach, ensuring regular stakeholder engagement, progress tracking, and flexibility in delivery. We also worked closely with internal stakeholders to ensure communication and consultation were embedded throughout the process.
